Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be completed as agreed before or on the day of service.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges.

Travel Responsibility
Vacation Bali Travel ensures safe and comfortable services, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow local laws, regulations, and safety instructions during the tour.

Liability Insurance
We liable for any accidents, natural disasters, delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Weh have travel insurance.
