I had a nice trip today! Sar our guide was so friendly, polite and he took the time to take pictures of us in every place trying to look for the best spot. He was patient and looked after us all the time.

Amazing experience! So this is a private tour and we were picked up promptly at our villa and taken to the fast boat port. We arrived a bit later so we had to wait from 8-9am to board the 9am boat. When we arrived Ketut was waiting there for us and he was super knowledgeable and so accommodating and friendly. Helped us find bathrooms when needed and he went above and beyond to help me find a few blessed Tridatu bracelets to bring home as souvenirs. Having the blessed bracelets was super important to me and he completely went out of his way to help me with this. Truly a great experience and worth every penny!

We had a wonderful day! Our guide Marcel took us to the most beautiful beaches and took spectacular photos of us.  he looked like a professional photographer. He was attentive at all times, and the conversation between beaches was very pleasant. He explained a lot about his culture, his religion, and his history. We got the best guide! We were very happy. Our chauffeur, Skunn, was great at maneuvering the uneven and narrow roads of Nusa Penida. Very skilled and helped figure out the best way around to all the places we wanted to visit, while also helping with payments and even walked with us on some stops!

From the moment he picked us up, Tom was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He navigated the winding roads with ease and always made us feel safe and comfortable. Tom took us to all the best viewpoints, including the stunning Kelingking Beach—absolutely breathtaking! He patiently gave us plenty of time for photos, shared great tips, and even took some fantastic pictures for us. What really stood out was Tom’s friendliness and genuine passion for showing the beauty of Nusa Penida. His recommendations, stories, and positive energy made the day truly special. This was a very organized trip by Vacation Bali Travel from pick-up at my hotel in Ubud to drop-off at Sanur Harbor, from the boat transfer to the Nusa Penida island and pick-up by our driver, John, who drove us to the beautiful beaches on the island. John took great care of all of his 5 passengers. Despite the challenging roads there, John safely and expertly transported us around and ensured we were promptly returned to the harbor for the afternoon drop-off. My driver in Ubud, Mr. Rai, was equally a great one. He safely picked up and returned me to my hotel.
